Anyway, what I was gonna say is that I'm really proud of you. You've handled a lot of adversity; some big and some small but you've handled it nevertheless and I am so glad you're here.
I know it's nice having someone tell you that you're great (which you obviously are) but it's also important to say it to yourself. You know, because you're such a cool person!!
It can be hard to think of what to say so let me help you out. Pick some of these (or all of them) and say them to yourself, and then say them to yourself again. And then say them to yourself in a different accent cause you know, gotta spice it up a bit. Then say them again and again and you get my point.
I know you're amazing, and its time that you know that too!
1. I will not stress over things I cannot control.
2. I’ve been through hard things before and have survived them. I will survive.
3. The feelings in my body are normal and I fully accept them.
4. It’s going to be okay.
5. Nothing will break me fully.
6. Today will be better than yesterday.
