Suicide Awareness Voices of Education (SAVE) works day and night to prevent suicide through public awareness, education, and support for those affected by suicide. SAVE provides educational resources and training for individuals and organizations to identify warning signs and risk factors for suicide and to promote early intervention and prevention.
The organization also offers support programs for individuals who have lost a loved one to suicide and advocates for policies and programs that promote suicide prevention. SAVE was founded in 1989 by a group of individuals who had lost loved ones to suicide and has since grown into a leading voice in suicide prevention.
